We do collect personal information in case a visitor decides to register for Service use. User needs to provide email address which is then stored and used for authentication to Service. Email can be used to contact the visitor about new API announcements, outages, payment problems etc.
User can delete the account at any time. In that case, the email address is deleted from our servers immediately.
Log data
We would like to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect the information your browser sends us which is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol ("IP") address, the browser version, the specific pages you visit on our Service, the time and date of your visit and other statistics. We do not use any service provider for this functionality. We keep Log Data in our storage for two weeks to be able to debug potential problems. Service Providers
We use few services providing us some functionality we don't need to implement ourselves. But to be able to use the provided functionality, we need to share some data with the service providers. Please see below the list of providers we are using.
Gumroad
We use Gumroad as the payment gateway and subscription management. As the result we don't need to store the user banking details. The payment credentials are stored via Gumroad with their Terms Of Service and Privacy Policy. We only prefill the user's email (when logged in) in the Gumroad payment form.
Mailjet
We use Mailjet as email delivery service. We share whole email we want to send with the Mailjet (as they are in fact responsible for sending the mail), but we disabled any email tracking (like tracking if the email was opened, links clicked etc).
Rollbar
We use Rollbar as exception notifier. In case there is an error in the system, we report it to the Rollbar to be able to debug the error. For now we are sharing only our internal IDs (if necessary) and we are redacting all personal information such as email, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, sensitive query params and headers etc.
Plausible
We use Plausible as privacy focused Google Analytics alternative to track the usage of the website. Plausible track visitors without using cookies and without collecting any personal data or personally identifiable information.
